Our Griddle is made from Carbon Steel. This makes it heavy-duty, perfect for bbq, and can double as a stove top griddle or a grill griddle. It is seasoned with a mixture of coconut oil and shea nut oil.

Does the Griddle work on my stove top?

Yes, the Griddle is compatible with indoor stove tops including gas, electric and induction cooktops. Given it is portable, you can also use it on any outdoor grill or over open flame.
